The Role
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
Do you have what it takes to excel in a fast paced environment? Do you have a proven track record of excellent customer service ?Are you a self-starter with at least 1 years’ experience in a customer focused role? Can you work efficiently and accurately whilst managing your workload?
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm - there is no evening or weekend shifts ensuring a great work/life balance!
Typical Duties :
- Complaint Handling
- Customer Management – reporting, conference calls, ownership of delivery of service.
- General customer enquiries.
- Providing information to Suppliers on request.
- Processing requests for meter installations from Suppliers.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure delivery of service.
Experience
- minimum of 2 years industry experienced required
