The Role

Reporting to the Lead Stock Controller , the Stock Analyst will be responsible for the following :

  • Ensuring all Data is 100% accurate for our Business
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to deliver a high level of customer service & experience
  • Issuing accurate data internally and externally for the business
  • Support the Business for all internal and external queries
  • Maintaining a high level of customer experience throughout the team
  • Support fellow Team Members to ensure all daily tasks are carried out

 

The role will be based from our Doncaster warehouse (Bullrush) until the end of March 2022 and will then relocate to our new premises at Hoyland,Barnsley  around March 2022.

 

Typical Duties

  • Has direct responsibility for maintaining the information input into UKMA’s MAM’s/MAP Asset Management (Metis, MAP Metis) System.
  • Is responsible for ensuring that the system integrity is maintained through proactive management of the system on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis
  • Ensure the system is being updated correctly
  • Deal with internal & external enquiries from clients and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure a high level of data accuracy within the Business 
  • Comply with business processes and reporting requirements
  • Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers for various departments across the business
  • Other tasks as required by the business

 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience with stock/admin
  • Able to work with others and own initiative, working in accordance with daily schedules.
  • Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
  • Able to work in a busy and demanding environment without sacrificing quality or breaching H&S Rules and Regulations
  • Delivering cost reduction in a high growth industry

 

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • Experience in Stock Control and /or Logistics
